Medical Exercise Training is exercise and lifestyle programming for individuals who have chronic medical conditions for the long term management of their conditions. Medical Exercise Training condition examples are but not limited to Hypertension, Diabetes, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Osteoporosis, and Spondylosis.
Post Rehab Training
Post Rehab Training is for individuals who are transitioning from Physical Therapy or Chiropractic Care into long term wellness and fitness. Rehab Training condition examples are but not limited to SLAP Repair, Low Back Pain, Meniscal Repair, Disc Bulge/HerniationRotator cuff Repair, and Spondylosis.
